Booking conditions
Bookings must be made at least three days before the sauna ritual.
Cancellation
Cancellation of the booking 48 hours before the sauna ritual is free of charge.
Less than 48 hours before the start of the sauna ritual, the service provider has the right to issue an invoice for 50% of the cost.
If the sauna ritual is canceled less than 24 hours before the start or the customer does not show up, the service provider has the right to issue an invoice for 100% of the cost.
Payment
Reservations can be made as direct payments through our website. Add the reservation invoice to the e-invoice environment. Please add your e-invoice request to the reservation comments.
Cancelling a booking
The service provider does not compensate for unused services. Bookings that are canceled more than 7 days before the start of the booking are eligible for a refund. With less than 7 days’ notice, it is possible to change the booking date or receive a gift card for the amount paid. Bookings canceled less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for refunds, changes, or gift cards.
