Booking, payment and cancellation policy
24-hour notice is required in order to prepare all the elements for the ‘Getaway for Two’ package. 24-hour notice is required for booking accommodation with a hot tub.
Prepayment is made at the time of booking. Changes to the booking can be made up to 5 days before arrival. In case of a cancellation or a no-show the prepayment will not be refunded.
