Meeting room
Iglupark has two meeting rooms with sea views. The meeting room can comfortably accommodate up to ten people working together. There is a long table in the middle of the room, and the room is equipped with essential office supplies (TV with HDMI cable, whiteboard, stationery, power outlets, etc.) as well as coffee, tea, and drinking water. There is also an iglucabin with toilets in the immediate vicinity of the offices.

After booking a meeting room, you can add additional services to your order:
- Drinks and snack trays – see the menu under the Iglubar menu button.
- Team event package
If you want to enjoy a refreshing sauna after work, it is a good idea to book the TEAM EVENT PACKAGE, which includes a meeting room for the day and 3 hours of use of the iglusauna. The private iglusauna can be used between 11:00 and 23:00. You can choose your sauna time from the additional services. See more details here.
Payment
Reservations can be made directly through our website. Add the reservation invoice to your e-invoice environment. Please add your e-invoice request to the reservation comments.
Cancellation
The service provider does not compensate for unused services. Refunds apply to bookings that are canceled more than 7 days before the start of the booking. With less than 7 days’ notice, it is possible to change the booking date or receive a gift card for the amount paid. Bookings canceled less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for refunds, changes, or gift cards.
