Going to the sauna is like a ritual for Estonians – when you come to Iglupark, jumping into cold water after the sauna is an experience you simply must try.
It is a simple and effective way to refresh your body and mind. The heat of the sauna relaxes your muscles and helps release tension, while the cold water stimulates blood circulation and boosts your energy levels. This balancing process helps your body recover faster and keeps you healthy and energetic.
In addition to the private sauna, Iglupark also has a shared sauna that is open every day. There are drawers in the sauna sitting for storing personal belongings. We ask that you wear swimwear or a towel in the shared sauna. If you are coming with a larger group (more than 6 people), we recommend booking a private sauna or contacting us in advance.
Communal morning sauna is open every day from 8.30 till 12.00.
Communal evening sauna is open Mon-Fri from 17.00 till 22.00.
Please purchase your ticket in advance for the desired date, as there is a limited number of tickets available each day.
Reservations can be made directly through our website.
The service provider does not compensate for unused services. Refunds are available for bookings that are canceled more than 7 days before the start of the booking.
