Payment

Reservations can be made directly through our website. Add the reservation invoice to your e-invoice environment. Please add your e-invoice request to the reservation comments.

Cancellation

The service provider does not compensate for unused services. Refunds are available for bookings that are canceled more than 7 days before the start of the booking. With less than 7 days’ notice, it is possible to change the booking date or receive a gift card for the amount paid. Bookings canceled less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for refunds, changes, or gift cards.
